Completed in 2007, this 44,000 square foot office building was one of the first buildings in Seattle to achieve LEED Gold certification. Setting a new standard for innovation and sustainability, it remains one of the premiere office buildings in Seattle. It is located in the core of South Lake Union. The project’s development and ownership group was comprised of First Western Development, Stephen C. Grey and Associates, and a handful of occupant investors. Sold in 2021, the project set a new price paid per square foot record for commercial office in Seattle.
