Watershed
Watershed embodies uniquely ambitious sustainability goals while delivering on a promise to perform for the most demanding hi-tech tenant. Developed under Seattle’s Living Building Pilot program, Watershed’s “Deep Green” design and construction have earned international honors and recognition.
The 65,000 SF multi-tenant office building was a partnership between the HCG Group and Spear Street Capital. Key team members include: Weber Thompson, DCI, KPFF, and Turner Construction.
